Billing and Refund Policy

• Premium is sold as an account-level software subscription. The billing period, currency, and any applicable taxes are shown before the order is completed.
• Subscription access begins after a successful payment and remains active for the billing period purchased.
• If the premium plan is cancelled, access remains active until the end of the current paid period unless the checkout terms or applicable law require otherwise.

• When an order is processed by Paddle, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for that transaction.
• Paddle sends the receipt, calculates and collects applicable taxes, and provides buyer billing support for the order.
• Eligible refund and withdrawal requests for Paddle-processed orders should be made through the receipt links, the subscription management links in the receipt, or via Paddle buyer support at paddle.net.

• Refund rights depend on the product type, the checkout provider used for the order, and the consumer protection laws that apply in the buyer’s country.
• If you experience a technical issue or the product does not match the product description, contact product support first so we can try to fix the issue quickly.
• If the purchase was processed by Paddle and a direct fix is not possible, you may request a refund through Paddle in line with Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy.

• Stars may appear on the pricing page as early-access credits for social product flows.
• Where stars are not yet generally available through self-serve checkout, access may be limited to manual onboarding or closed beta users.
• If a stars purchase or onboarding step is not completed automatically, contact support before initiating a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue directly.
