Terms of Service

• Oddsy lets users create spaces, invite friends, create prediction markets, join mini-games, chat, and resolve outcomes.
• The Play Store mobile app uses stars only. Stars are for social scoring and bragging rights, not real money.
• You are responsible for the content you create and the outcomes you resolve in your spaces.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• Do not harass others, impersonate people, spam invites, manipulate markets, exploit bugs, or use automation to abuse the service.
• Do not create illegal, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or unsafe content.

• Stars have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be redeemed, sold, transferred for money, or withdrawn.
• We may adjust, grant, remove, or reset stars when needed to correct bugs, abuse, testing artifacts, or product changes.
• Oddsy is not a casino, sportsbook, lottery, bank, broker, or financial product.

• Premium is an account-level software subscription that unlocks additional product features, such as public spaces and other premium access controls described on the pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew on the billing cadence shown at checkout until cancelled. If you cancel, access remains active until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms say otherwise.
• For orders processed by Paddle, Paddle.com acts as Merchant of Record for that transaction and handles checkout receipts, taxes, buyer billing support, and eligible refunds under its buyer terms and refund policy.
• Some products or credits may remain in early access or manual onboarding while billing flows are being rolled out. Availability, limits, and pricing may change before general release.

• You keep ownership of content you create, but you give Oddsy permission to host, display, and process it so the app works.
• Private spaces are intended for invited members. Public spaces and public profiles may be visible to other users.
• Space owners and admins may manage members, markets, chats, and resolution flows according to the product rules.

• Oddsy may change features, limits, pricing, or availability over time.
• We try to keep the app reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or create risk for other users or the platform.
